Supporting Our Patients Through Your Presence

We appreciate your support of our patients. Family and friends play an important role in the healing process, and we welcome your presence.

Visiting Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable environment for all patients, we ask visitors to observe the following guidelines:

General Visiting Hours

Weekdays: 9 AM – 8 PM

Weekends: 10 AM – 4 PM

Note: Visiting hours may vary based on patient condition or medical needs. Please check with our staff for any restrictions.

Number of Visitors

To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request:

  • Limit of 2-3 visitors per patient at a time
  • Visitors should be respectful of other patients' privacy
  • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times

For the Health & Safety of All

Please do not visit if you:

  • Have a fever or feel unwell
  • Have a contagious illness (cold, flu, stomach virus, etc.)
  • Have been exposed to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases in the past 14 days

These precautions help protect our patients, especially those with compromised immune systems.

Visitor Amenities

Wi-Fi Access

Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout our facility. Ask our front desk staff for access information.

Waiting Area

Our comfortable waiting area provides:

  • • Seating for families
  • • Reading materials
  • • Complimentary coffee and water

Parking

Convenient parking is available in front of our facility. Accessible parking spaces are located near the main entrance.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect patient privacy and comply with all HIPAA regulations. Medical information will only be shared with individuals authorized by the patient.

What to Bring for Your Loved One

If you're visiting someone receiving care, consider bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Personal care items (as needed)
  • Reading material or entertainment
  • Snacks (if approved by medical staff)
  • Positive encouragement and support

Visitor Conduct

To maintain a healing environment, we ask that all visitors:

  • Keep voices at a reasonable volume
  • Limit cell phone use to designated areas
  • Respect “No Visitors” requests
  • Follow all staff instructions
  • Refrain from smoking anywhere on the property
